Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AdVara, we operate on a success-fee basis — no upfront charges are applied. Payments are only initiated once a campaign has been successfully activated between the brand and influencer. In case a campaign is cancelled before activation, and no work has been executed, the amount paid (if any) will be refunded after deducting applicable administrative and service fees.

 

Once a campaign begins or the influencer has started work, refunds are generally not applicable. However, AdVara reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and any refund, full or partial, will be at our sole discretion. Additionally, if cancellation is due to violation of our platform guidelines or breach of agreement, no refund will be provided.

 

Any disputes or concerns regarding refunds must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Beyond this period, refund claims will not be entertained.
